Restaurant POS & Kitchen Dashboard

Unified POS, kitchen display, and manager analytics for multi-location restaurants

Restaurant POS & Kitchen Dashboard

The Challenge

A growing restaurant group ran four locations on disconnected POS exports. Owners received sales summaries days late, kitchens lost tickets during rush, and every menu change required manual updates at each site.

Challenges We Identified

Four multi-location pain points we unified with one POS, kitchen display, and executive dashboard.

  • 01

    Fragmented Location Data

Each site emailed end-of-day reports. Leadership could not compare revenue, labor, or item mix until spreadsheets were merged manually.

  • 02

    Kitchen Ticket Loss at Rush

Paper chits and legacy KDS drops caused missed items during peak service—refires, comps, and guest complaints followed.

  • 03

    Menu & Pricing Drift

New dishes rolled out at different times per location. Pricing errors and 86'd items were discovered only after guest complaints.

  • 04

    No Live Operational View

Managers could not see open tables, kitchen backlog, or hourly sales while service was in progress—only after close.

Our Solution

We delivered a cloud POS for front-of-house, a kitchen display with priority routing, and an owner command center that rolls up four locations in real time—plus governed menus, inventory alerts, and automated daily reports.

Key Features

  • Role-Based POS

Servers, hosts, and managers each see the right tools—tabs, splits, comps, and table maps.

  • Kitchen Display System

Order priority, expo view, and bump bars reduce misses during the dinner rush.

  • Multi-Location Analytics

Revenue, labor peaks, and bestsellers compared across all sites on one screen.

  • Central Menu Governance

Push menu and price updates to every location with approval workflows.

  • Inventory & 86 Alerts

Low-stock notifications and automatic item holds sync to POS and online menus.

  • Payments & Reconciliation

Stripe, cash, and tips reconciled with export-ready daily close reports.

We went from four different closing routines to one dashboard we trust. Kitchen misses dropped immediately, and I can see which location needs support while dinner is still happening—not next Tuesday.
