The Challenge

The restaurant earned 85% of revenue from dine-in meals only, leaving significant money on the table. They had no customer data, operated with manual reservations, and wasted kitchen capacity during lunch and off-peak hours.

Challenges We Identified

Four operational gaps we mapped before design and build—each with a clear path to improvement in the platform.

    85% of income from dine-in meals, missing high-margin opportunities: events (60% margin), delivery (40% margin), subscriptions, merchandise, and catering.

    Empty Kitchen Capacity During Off-Peak

    Kitchen fully staffed during dinner rush but only 35% utilized during lunch/afternoon. Equipment and chef expertise sitting idle = lost profit.

Our Solution

We built an integrated platform unlocking 5 new revenue streams: (1) Premium events & catering with dynamic pricing, (2) Dark kitchen operations under different brand names on delivery apps, (3) Wine club subscription, (4) Online merchandise (sauces, branded items), (5) Gift cards. Plus: smart reservations, customer loyalty tracking, and capacity planning.
