Payments
Payment schedules are defined per project agreement. Work may be paused for overdue invoices until outstanding balances are cleared.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables unless otherwise stated. BrandableCode may showcase non-confidential work in portfolio materials.
Limitation of Liability
BrandableCode is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use, delays, or third-party platform issues.
